QuicForms (included in QuicDoc)Many managed care companies often seem to look for any excuse to delay or avoid authorizing therapy sessions. Too often therapists make it easy for them by sending on treatment plans that are hard to read and not submitted on the proper company form. In many cases, firms that had accepted plans attached to their forms, and written on plain paper, are no longer doing so. QuicForms is the best answer. It gives you a simple three-step process for turning out treatment plans in exactly the right format: Step 1: Select the form you need from the library of forms included in the program. If any of the forms you regularly use aren’t included, the company will add them to your QuicForms program. (See details below.) Step 2: Fill in the blanks on the form with the required information, using the spell checker and other built-in tools to make the job easier and more accurate. Step 3: Print out the form on your laser or inkjet printer and fax or mail it in to the company. In addition, since the program maintains a database of all your treatment plans, you can always recall an old plan and update it by making changes and additions. New forms: Forms from larger managed care companies or HMOs are added at no charge. There is a one-time setup fee for agency-specific forms or forms from smaller companies.
